1. Delete your account in a product
Each product has its own account and its own deletion page. Deletion removes your account, your content and the link to any Google, Facebook or X profile you signed in with.

3. By email
If you cannot sign in, email the 9GG support desk from the address on the account and name the product. We confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days. Records we must keep by law, such as payment records, are kept only as long as the law requires.
2. If you signed in with Google, Facebook or X
We store only the account id, name and email that the provider shared, so that you can sign in again. Deleting the product account deletes that record too. Removing a 9GG product from your Google, Facebook or X account settings stops that sign-in but does not delete your product account; use the product's deletion page for that.
